Before starting an install we take pictures and move all items that may be damaged during install/repairs
All areas around the property are tarped, if required
We remove all existing roofing products and it is disposed in our dump trailer
We inspect the exposed roof deck/plywood/board for any rotting and replace if needed
If required, new ventilation is cut in at this time
Drip edge is installed
Install ice shield to eaves valleys and dead spots
Install full synthetic underlayment to the remainder of roof deck
Install roofing material of your choice with all new accessories
Seal all exposed nail heads and clean evaestroughs
After completion, a full inspection/walk around is done on the new roof
Pictures are taken of the completed roof
We make sure all garbage & tools are removed from the property and a magnetic sweep is done to pick up all nails
Bin/Trailer is removed at this time
